Orlando, FL  (August 24, 2021)  –  In an absolutely huge day for the 2021 Pro Wake Tour, Guenther Oka lands a nearly flawless run to lock down the win in the final event of the series. Lake Lanier Olympic Park just outside of Atlanta, offered a perfect stadium style venue and a racus boat flotilla of enthusiasts to host the final stop of the 2021 Pro Wake Tour Powered By Supra Boats. Oka managed to put down an incredible line in his first run riding dock to dock in challenging conditions, then stomped a nearly flawless run in his second round, improving his score and sealing his victory. Nic Rapa, the most consistent competitor on tour this year also put himself in a podium position with his first run just ahead of young gun Sam Brown. Sam rounded out the podium as the slightly challenging water conditions played into Sam’s experience as he developed his stylish skills riding in salt water in a rolly bay in Australia.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=\”50px\”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=\”2491\” img_size=\”full\”][vc_column_text]Pro Wakeboarding Winner – Guenther Oka[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]

Pro Wakesurfing
In Pro Wakesurfing Taylor Swanson came to win and he did just that. Taylor was open about his intentions to take the top spot and did so with one of the highest heat totals of the year. Taylor was followed by Sean Silveira, who had won the other two live events this season and who is always a threat for the top spot. In third place was Michigan native Nick Parros who made his first final and first podium of the year with his performance in Atlanta this weekend. All of the riders rode incredibly and linked together some of the most technical moves ever done on a wakesurfer to put on an amazing show for the crowd.

Jr Pro
Parker Swope is on a roll with his second win in a row on the PWT. Just a few weeks ago Parker won the digital event and then stepped up his riding to lock down the top spot in this final live PWT event. Parker has been training with mentor Mike Dowdy on a regular basis and his progression just through this season has been amazing. Cody Hunnicutt landed in second which represents his best finish for the year. Speaking of best results for the season, Tanner Higham put it together this weekend to put himself on his first podium of the season as well. All of the Jr Pro riders continue to grow, improve and impress the crowd and the Pro’s are definitely taking notice of who is about to enter their ranks in 2022.
