The World’s Best Jr. Pro Riders to Compete on the 2021 Pro Wake Tour!

Orlando, FL  (April 14th 2021)  – The Pro Wake Tour Powered by Supra Boats has announced that it will include a Jr. Pro\’s division for each of the events in the 4 stop series; three live events as well as the one digital event. 10 riders will be eligible to compete in the live and online event after qualifying through the PWT digital qualifier. This will be the first time since 2013 that the Jr. Pro have had an opportunity to compete with the reigning pros on the PWT stage.

The Open Digital Qualifier is open to all Jr. Pros from around the world. The top 10 athletes from the qualifier will be eligible to compete in the first live event in Katy Texas on June 12th.

Historically the top Jr Pro athletes have continued on to become the next generation of top professional athletes helping to push the boundaries of what is possible on a wakeboard. This includes current top pro athletes like Guenther Oka, Mike Dowdy, Harley Clifford and Tyler Higham.

The PWT is expecting to see a big turn out for the digital qualifying event next month with names like Alex Albin, Benjamin Brown, Brett Powell, Cody Hunnicutt, Jamie Huser, Parker Swope, and Tanner Higham.

2021 Jr. Pro Schedule
May 17th – DIgital Qualifier
June 12th – PWT #1, Katy, Texas
July 10th – PWT #2, Birmingham, Alabama
August 2nd – PWT#3, Digital Event
August 21st – PWT #4, Gainesville, Georgia

In addition to the incredible opportunity of being included in this industry leading event series and riding alongside their heroes, the Jr. Pros will be competing for the prestigious title of the PWT Jr. Pro Overall Series Champion!
